Balinese pavilion architecture design allows each villa owner to create an open air concept that seamlessly blends each pavilion with nature. Retractable glass walls for both the main living pavilion and the bedroom suites help invite nature in to your home. If having a gym, regular massages and / or a meditation room is important for you, we will help you create the perfect Wellness Pavilion.

Included with your purchase price, our architects will work with your specific build site to create the perfect villa at Caputie Residences. All villas will embody the same Balinese aesthetic and architectural design to maintain the beauty and sustainability of Caputie Residences.

 

Caputie residences Exclusive site plan: 6 lots

  • Balinese Pavilion design allows each Caputie Residence villa to be unique to their owner’s desires and range from 2,500 - 5,000 square feet of living space. Pricing starts at $295 sq ft USD. The extended roof lines of Balinese design help create additional outdoor living spaces, extending your interior space and optimizing indoor/outdoor living.

  • You will be able to customize finishes, such as counter tops, cabinets and tile from a list of provided options when we get to the material selection stage of the project.

  • Each villa will be assessed HOA Dues (Home Owner Association) on the first of each month. HOA’s are $250/mo. These monthly dues cover WIFI, Security, Required Personnel, Maintenance of Shared Roads and Landscaping.

Caputie Residences provides villa owners Property Management services at a rate of 20% on bookings. You can pass as much or as little of the fee on to your tenants. All you need to do is provide a furnished villa and an available calendar; Caputie Residences will take care of everything else, including property listing, bookings, customer service, supplies, cleaning, payment processing, checkins/outs, etc.
